I was in a life threatening car accident last month, and totaled my VW. I wanted a very safe and reliable car. Subaru hit all that;plus some. Everyone at Copeland Subaru was amazing! I went in looking at an Forster, and after explaining what I wanted and needed; Tristen recommended my Ascent. I LOVE it! I didn’t even know what an Ascent was and it’s very similar to my Toyota Highlanders I’ve had in the past. Thank you again everyone at Copeland.

Very positive experience. The sales person, George Costa, was great. I had emailed the dealership about a specific vehicle, but early in the day I was scheduled to go in George called me to let me know that the vehicle had just been sold. I appreciated him reaching out so I didn't waste time. He mentioned other vehicles that were available, so I went in and ultimately purchased my Outback (which I love!). George made the whole process very easy. I recommend Copeland, and George, very highly.
Copeland Subaru is the best! Cole went above and beyond to receive my car at their location and advise on any work that needed to be done. Mark did a great job helping me with any questions I had regarding bringing my car over to their location. Norm (the manager of Copeland Subaru service center) was very helpful in addressing an issue I ran into when I took my car to get inspected. Very friendly and helpful team and highly recommend this Subaru dealer!
Best Subaru Service Center I’ve been to yet!! I recently went to Copeland for a drive belt replacement and a tire rotation/oil change for my ‘16 WRX. I’m on the Cape for business, and I am seriously tempted to do the long trek up here to make this Subaru my go-to for service. Michelle, the tech advisor, was kind and professional, and she went above and beyond for me. The techs took careful care of my vehicle and completed the service I requested promptly. The price for service is certainty competitive. And the best part? No pushiness or pressure to do service that was unnecessary, and no trying to convince me that I didn’t know my vehicle. I’ve been to FIVE Subarus now for service (Warwick, Smithfield, Attleboro, Somerset, and Copeland) just because I’ve been routinely let down in one way or another, and Copeland is at the TOP of my list. Thank you, and hopefully I’ll be retuning again (but not too soon, since my Subie is solid!!)
Very positive experience with Christian and all the staff at Copeland. Christian kept me updated regularly on the progress of repairs to my air conditioning and worked with having the service covered by my warranty and very pleased with the work. All the repairs I needed were done successfully. And mostly, I was very pleased with the care and attention to my needs for service for my car Were covered professionally and with a lot of of Care for managing my time without my car while it was being repaired in a thoughtful and kind manner.
